If you're passionate about working with youth, value work-life balance, and want to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team—we'd love to meet you! 🌟 What You'll Do You'll provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week , delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Michigan . Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings ( 2:00–9:00 PM EST ), with weekend availability welcomed. You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing. Your day-to-day includes: 🩺 Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments 📝 Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans 💻 Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth 🤝 Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators 📋 Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) 👨‍👩‍👧 Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care 💼 What We Offer 💲 $60 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians 💰 401(k) with a 3% company match 📚 $150 annual CEU reimbursement ❤️ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 📈 Opportunities for clinical leadership and professional growth as we continue expanding
