About the Team The Licensing team enables Affirm 's ability to operate and scale in regulated markets globally. The team manages Affirm 's licensing portfolio, regulatory relationships, and licensing strategy across the U.S. and international markets while partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and business leaders to support growth and expansion. This role will report to the Director, Global Licensing and Regulatory Programs. What You'll Do Support new product & service launches related to state licensing and reporting including money transmission, servicing/collections, lending, international expansion, etc. Work cross-functionally with legal, public affairs, compliance, finance, tax to meet regulatory licensing and reporting obligations Maintain the central repository for licensing and reporting obligations for new license types including workflows, regulatory guidance, etc. Collaborate with Licensing team to interpret, prepare, and submit state licensing annual reports, MSB call reports, and other regulatory obligations Ensure timely regulatory filings, call out any licensing issues, supervise ongoing regulatory obligations in licensing management tool Lead ongoing preparation of renewal applications and other forms to be filed in various licensing jurisdictions Collabor
