Scope of Work Research, analyze, and provide detailed insights on litigation matters involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets. Draft, review, and assess a wide range of contracts and legal documents to identify key issues and ensure clarity and accuracy. Contribute legal expertise to multidisciplinary teams in a fully remote environment, collaborating effectively with other legal and technical professionals. Assess matters pertaining to data privacy and regulatory compliance, identifying potential risks and best practices for AI training scenarios. Offer subject matter feedback on hypothetical and real-world legal scenarios to support the development of advanced AI models. Participate in remote discussions and reviews, ensuring all input is clear, well-reasoned, and thoroughly documented. Adapt to evolving project requirements and apply legal knowledge flexibly across various litigation and transactional contexts. Preferred Qualifications JD or equivalent from a leading US law school and active bar membership in the United States. Recent experience at a top-tier US law firm specializing in litigation, M&A, private equity, or capital markets.
