THE JOB We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Digital Asset Manager, this role will support the day-to-day operations of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) program and creative operations workflows. Working closely with the Digital Asset Manager, you will help organize, catalog, maintain, and govern thousands of creative assets across Brandfolder, Airtable, Box, and Canva. You will also support creative project coordination, maintain databases, and help improve the systems and processes that enable our creative teams to work efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order from complexity, organizing information, and building scalable processes.
