You’ll serve as the primary coordination point between lenders, underwriters, and internal teams , maintaining clear visibility across every active loan and ensuring documentation, conditions, follow-ups, and deadlines stay on track. What You’ll Own Lender Communication Serve as the primary point of contact with lending partners. Maintain consistent communication throughout the loan lifecycle. Follow up on: Outstanding documentation Underwriting conditions Lender requests Pending approvals Communicate updates clearly to internal stakeholders. Escalate issues proactively to prevent funding or closing delays. Loan Pipeline Management Track active loan files from submission through closing. Review loan reports and lender updates daily. Maintain accurate visibility into: Current loan status Outstanding conditions Required documentation Upcoming deadlines Next steps Identify bottlenecks before they impact closing timelines. Ensure every active loan has clear ownership and follow-up. Internal Team Coordination Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documentation. Manage responses to lender and underwriting requests. Support timely submission of loan packages and updates. Follow up proactively on outstanding internal items.
