What You’ll Do Lender Communication Serve as the primary point of contact with lending partners. Maintain regular communication throughout the loan lifecycle. Follow up on outstanding lender requests and documentation. Escalate issues proactively to prevent funding or closing delays. Loan Pipeline Management Monitor active loan files from submission through closing. Maintain accurate loan status updates and progress tracking. Review loan reports and identify delays or missing documentation. Keep stakeholders informed of loan progress and next steps. Internal Coordination Work with internal teams to gather required documentation. Coordinate responses to underwriting conditions and lender requests. Support timely submission of loan packages. Ensure deadlines and timelines remain on track. Documentation & File Management Organize and maintain complete loan files. Record correspondence and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate CRM and loan management system records. Verify file completeness before key milestones and closing. Process Improvement Identify workflow inefficiencies. Recommend improvements to loan coordination processes. Support standardized procedures for lender communication and pipeline management.
