Key Responsibilities: Work with the team to provide 24/7/365 coverage in a global Command Center. Shipment Alert Management Monitor shipments flagged by the automated system as alerts/exceptions (e.g., delays, routing errors, missed pick-ups, theft/tampering, etc.) Classify and prioritize alerts based on urgency and business impact. Engage with internal stakeholders, shippers, destinations, and external transportation providers to work to endeavor it’s resolved by the responsible party. Tracking & Tracing Proactively track shipments from origin to destination using the third-party platform. Provide real-time status updates and escalation alerts for critical shipments.
