Position: Music & Lyrics Expert - Indonesian Type: Contract Compensation: $11–$30/hour Location: Remote Duration: Up to 6 months Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated music across various genres. Ensure adherence to detailed quality standards. Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs. Identify similarities and assess originality. Rate lyrics based on quality, creativity, prompt adherence, and originality. Evaluate naturalness of lyrics, focusing on word choice, slang, and regional expressions. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have Native or near-native proficiency in Indonesian. Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English. Experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, or music journalist. Knowledge of the Indonesian music scene. Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening. Preferred Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition. Credited or published songwriting work. Broad familiarity with contemporary Indonesian genres, sub-genres, and artists.
