M&A Legal Intern

Job Summary Create Music Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join its M&A Legal Group. This unique internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in music-related transactions and corporate legal work. The intern will work directly under the guidance of the VP and the Director of M&A Legal Affairs, contributing to a range of strategic initiatives. The role primarily focuses on acquisitions, intellectual property, and corporate compliance, with a particular emphasis on music catalog acquisitions. This is a part-time, fully remote internship specifically designed for current graduate students for Fall 2026. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be available for 15-20 hours per week over a 3-month period. Responsibilities Assisting in the drafting and review of asset purchase agreements, letters of direction, and other related transactional documents. Conducting legal research and due diligence on potential acquisition targets. Supporting the preparation and submission of copyright registrations with the U.S. Copyright Offi
