Machine Learning Engineer

Listed as a remote role based in Prague, Prague, Czechia. At Inference Technologies we develop AI systems that improve semiconductor yield, reliability and manufacturing decisions. What you'll build • Predictive models for yield, reliability and defect analysis • End-to-end ML and data pipelines • ML solutions for heterogeneous manufacturing data (tabular + image) • Production MLOps & Drift Management • Real-Time Automated Integration Your background • Strong Python and machine learning skills • Experience with ML model development and data pipelines • Linux proficiency • Curiosity for solving challenging engineering problems Nice to have • Experience with MLOps frameworks and pipeline orchestration tools. • Hands-on knowledge of Weakly Supervised Learning, Multiple Instance Learning, or Generative Data Augmentation. • Experience working with industrial IoT, or semiconductor/metrology data formats.
