As a HVAC Engineer, you will manage and maintain critical heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure our infrastructure operates flawlessly around the clock. Joining the Maintenance department, you will collaborate with Project Delivery Management and liaise with various planners to execute both reactive and planned works. The team focuses on the installation, servicing and repair of a wide range of HVAC equipment across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring all facilities meet strict health and safety regulations. You will apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex air conditioning and refrigeration systems. From diagnosing faults to executing precise repairs, your technical skills will keep essential environmental controls running efficiently. This role requires participation in the department’s on-call rota.
