Manager, Applications - ADF/ETL/AI

Job Summary: Molina Healthcare is seeking a Manager, Applications to lead a high-impact team responsible for ETL development, reporting support, and technical enablement across key TCIM workstreams. This is a people leadership role for a team with 10 direct reports and a blend of business and technical skill sets. The team develops ETL packages and reporting templates, provides technical guidance and support to the broader organization, and plays an active role in AI adoption and related technologies. This leader will oversee work supporting data pipelines and reporting tied to healthcare claims validation, pricing, and monitoring processes, with current work spanning Fee Schedule automation, SSIS-to-ADF migration, MRDT reference data, and MOOP/AVR support. We are looking for a hands-on, player-coach leader who can effectively guide technical work while also strengthening team execution, delivery processes, stakeholder alignment, and operational rigor. This role requires someone who can translate business needs into effective technical solutions and help a blended team succeed in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
