The Manager - Coupa Administration and Governance has the responsibility of the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the Coupa platform. This role ensures the integrity of master data, manages user access and approval workflows, supports supplier enablement, performs system testing, and provides functional support to end users. The Manager - Coupa Administration and Governance partners with Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the platform operates efficiently and supports business objectives. Responsibilities Master Data Administration Create and maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts within Coupa. Create, update, and maintain Cost Centers. Create and maintain Locations, Branches, Lots, Departments, and Legal Entities. Ensure master data is accurate, complete, and aligned with organizational standards.
