Position Summary The Manager, Digital Product Design is a creative and technical leader responsible for driving the digital sculpting vision for licensed and owned consumer products. This role oversees the development of high-quality digital sculpts from concept through production, ensuring accurate character likeness, manufacturability, and adherence to licensor requirements. The Manager will lead and mentor a team of digital sculptors, manage external vendor relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and development teams to deliver world-class products on schedule. Key Responsibilities Creative & Technical Leadership Lead digital sculpting development for licensed and owned brands across multiple product lines. Establish and uphold best practices for digital sculpting workflows, tools, and asset management. Ensure sculpted assets meet creative intent, licensor guidelines, engineering constraints, and manufacturing requirements. Demonstrate expert-level ability to capture accurate character likeness and translate 2D reference into compelling 3D sculpts. Team Management & Development Manage, mentor, and develop a team of digital sculptors, providing creative direction, technical guidance, and performance feedback. Balance team workloads across multiple projects with shifting priorities and timelines. Foster a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented team culture.
