What you will do Lead web strategy and development for Sysdig 's corporate website: site architecture, technical execution, platform management, and the roadmap for performance and experience. Own GEO and AEO strategy for the site: understand how Sysdig 's content surfaces in AI-generated answers and evolving search behavior, and set the roadmap and priorities to improve it, partnering with the content team and external resources as needed to execute. Own the conversion rate optimization and user experience strategy for the site, using GA4 and behavioral data to guide decisions and prioritize development work. Lead and mentor an internal web developer, directly overseeing technical execution, code quality, and day-to-day delivery. Manage the site's technical foundation: architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and CMS/platform health. Report on web performance to marketing leadership.
