The Opportunity As an Engineering Manager, you will lead high-impact teams focused on the evolution of Flywire’s core payment architecture. You are a strategic leader who balances deep technical vision with exceptional people leadership, serving as a player-coach to drive the automation of complex global payment processes. Your mission is to strengthen our payments engine by integrating AI-driven advancements and scaling resilient, distributed systems that move hundreds of millions daily. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Strategic Oversight: Manage the activities of specific teams, setting clear priorities and ensuring execution aligns with functional strategy and business trends. Team Development: Responsible for performa
