The Opportunity: This position is responsible for the strategic and tactical product management effort for Juniper Payments products and services. In addition, this position is a core member of the Juniper leadership team, reporting directly to the Head of Juniper Payments. The incumbent will own the full product development lifecycle for existing and future Juniper Payments capabilities as well as any and all compliance-related requirements that may arise from time-to-time.The incumbent will serve as subject matter expert and as liaison to internal and external customers on ACH, FedWire, Instant Payments and other industry related topics that affect the movement of funds – for businesses and individuals. Product manager will handle efficiencies, monitor product compliance and mandates, analyze product penetration, define the market release process, and bridge the gaps between different functions within the company and aligning the strategic teams. Day in the Life: Responsible for the suite of products and services Juniper provides to its clients inclusive of strategy, market position, development initiatives, enhancements and changes, compliance and viability, commercialization, and P&L. Lead the analysis and review product enhancement requests from various sources and oversee the creation of business requirements for these enhancements.
