Behind the scenes, our Property & Infrastructure team plays a vital role in enabling our operation, ensuring the spaces and infrastructure that support our people and customers continue to evolve with the business. About the role As our Manager Leasing - Strategy & Leasing (Senior P&I Specialist), you'll combine deep commercial leasing expertise with strategic thinking and governance leadership. You'll lead selected complex, operationally sensitive leasing transactions while supporting the ongoing implementation and refinement of a new outsourced leasing model that aligns with the airline's commercial and operational priorities. The role purpose, key outputs, and governance responsibilities are aligned with the attached position profile. You'll: Lead significant and complex leasing transactions across airport, operational and network critical property Provide trusted commercial advice to senior leaders and stakeholders across the business Oversee governance of outsourced leasing services, monitoring performance, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with Air New Zealand policies and delegated authority. Identify and manage commercial, operational, compliance and Health & Safety risks to support sound decision making Partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, accruals and financial performance
