About the Role The Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) will lead the strategic design, implementation, and management of M&E studies across multiple social impact projects. This senior leadership role involves managing teams of M&E professionals, establishing organizational M&E standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality evidence-based insights that drive meaningful social change. The Manager will be responsible for client relationship management, strategic planning, and building institutional capacity in monitoring and evaluation. Requirements Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Team Management Lead and manage a team of Sr. Executives, Executives, and Research Associates Provide strategic direction for M&E activities across multiple projects and sectors Mentor and develop junior staff, conducting performance evaluations and career development planning Establish and maintain organizational M&E standards, protocols, and quality assurance
