Who We're Looking For As a member of the Media Team at Marketbridge, the Manager, Paid Social will contribute to: Paid social campaign strategy, with a focus on B2B and account-based marketing Media planning, budget management, and pacing Hands-on paid social campaign build, execution, and daily optimization Reporting, data visualization, and translating performance into recommendations clients can act on Client success (in an individual contributor capacity) Our team contributes to Marketbridge by providing strategic guidance to our clients and internal team members about the best way to approach a client challenge or objective from a paid social lens. We also are heavily involved in Marketbridge business development throughout the sales process when pitching/scoping prospective clients. You must be: Nimble: Be able to get up to speed on a project quickly and always deliver on time. Collaborative: Marketing problem solving takes working with other departments to get the right information and execute in the right way. Curious: Consistently learning and seeking innovation.
