In this role, you will own and evolve core CRM capabilities that power lead management, customer engagement, and sales execution for automotive dealerships at scale. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer Success teams to define strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in complex domains, brings strong customer empathy, and can balance long-term platform thinking with near-term execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities Own Product Strategy & Outcomes - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core Tekion CRM capabilities - from discovery and definition to launch, adoption, and iteration. - Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company goals, customer needs, and platform vision.
