Manager, Production Operations

ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is seeking a Manager, Production Operations to guide technical production operations across our live and recorded programming. This role is responsible for building a consistent, scalable operating model that supports high-quality execution across all productions, shifts, and teams. As Manager, Production Operations, you will lead Supervisors and Production Assistants, strengthen frontline operational structures, drive standardization across workflows, strengthen resource planning, and partner cross-functionally to ensure productions run smoothly, efficiently, and seamlessly. This role relies on live production fluency, including hands-on multi-camera directing and technical directing experience in live or recorded production environments. It is ideal for a collaborative leader who can balance day-to-day operational oversight with long-term process improvement, team development, and organizational clarity. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in operations management within technical production environments, direct experience leading or participating in multi-camera control room environments, strong live production knowledge, excellent people leadership, and the technical fluency to participate meaningfully in production decisions. You should demonstrate strong judgment in live show conditions, including the ability to make clear, timely decisions in the control room when productions are active and conditions are changing.
