The Manager, Receivables Management Reporting & Analytics will lead the development, delivery, and evolution of operational reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics across Receivables Management. This role will help transform how the organization measures performance by creating timely, accurate, and actionable insights across Collections, Cash Applications, Payment Solutions, Credit, and broader Accounts Receivable operations. This is a hands-on analytics and reporting role for someone who enjoys turning complex and fragmented data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate combines strong business intelligence and reporting capabilities with an understanding of Receivables or related finance operations. You will partner closely with Receivables and Finance leadership to strengthen KPI visibility, improve data integrity, automate manual reporting, and build scalable dashboards that enable better operational decision-making. What You'll Do Reporting & Performance Analytics • Own the development and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly Receivables reports, scorecards, dashboards, and performance analytics. • Build reporting that provides greater visibility into individual and team performance, enabling leaders to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps. • Monitor and analyze key Receivables metrics such as aging, delinquency, DSO, CEI, write-offs, disputes, unapplied cash, collections
