The Manager, Resources & Engagement, will work alongside a dedicated team toparticipatein the relocation of more than 300,000 animals to date, making a direct and meaningful impact on the animals who need us most.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Who We Are The ASPCA ’s Animal Relocation department is tasked with providing effective, lifesaving,animal relocation and transport. Using the theories of supply and demand, relocation saves lives by transporting animals from under-resourced shelters in areas of oversupply where the chanceof adoption is slim, to shelters where the chances of adoption are greater. What You’ll Get Compensation The target hiring range is based on where the employee works, which for remote roles is theemployee’s primary location of residence, and its respective cost of labor. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role. The target hiring range is for new hire offers only, and compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time. The maximum of the hiring range is reserved for candidates with the highest qualifications and relevant experience.
