The Manager, Station Administration leads the station's administrative operations by providing strategic support to station leadership and ensuring the effective execution of administrative processes that support the team member lifecycle and station operations. This role oversees programs including badging, parking, attendance, and team member engagement initiatives while driving operational consistency, compliance, and a positive team member experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee attendance administration, including monitoring attendance trends, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring the consistent application of attendance policies. Lead local engagement and retention efforts focused on rewards, recognition and overall support of station team members. Oversee security badging and customs seal administration, serving as the pr
