Manager, System Engineering - (Enterprise Infrastructure)

We are on the lookout for a System Engineering Manager (M1) to lead our combined Server/Cloud Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure teams within ETS / Enterprise Infrastructure, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. In this role you will manage two squads — a Server/Cloud team (on-prem and cloud workloads for internal users) and a Network team (office infrastructure) — as the technical owner and people leader for both: People & Team Health: Own hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, feedback, and growth plans across both squads; build an inclusive environment and address performance issues directly. Business Partnership: Translate stakeholder needs (IT, Security, Workplace Experience) into roadmaps for both teams, and prioritize work by business impact. Delivery: Maintain visibility into both squads' work, resolve cross-team dependencies, manage stakeholders, and track delivery/reliability metrics Technical Strategy & Operations: Guide architecture and operational excellence across both on-prem/cloud and network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, multi-vendor hardware); own end-to-end Change Management within a structured framework, ensure incident response, and SLA-bound vulnerability remediation for both domains. Citizenship: Share learnings across teams and foster co
