Managing Consultant, Oracle EPM

The Role We are looking to add an experienced Oracle EPM Managing Consultant to join our growing Enterprise Performance Management practice. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, work directly with client stakeholders, and help translate complex finance and accounting needs into practical, scalable solutions. You'll combine hands-on Oracle EPM expertise with strong consulting and project leadership skills. This person will also own significant project workstreams, guide and coach more junior team members, and help ensure our solutions deliver meaningful results for our clients. This is an opportunity for a well rounded Oracle EPM professional to remain close to the work while taking on greater responsibility for solution design, client relationships, and team leadership. What You'll Do Lead Oracle EPM Cloud project workstreams from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support Work directly with finance, accounting, FP&A, and technology stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Oracle EPM solutions Design, configure, and enhance applications across Oracle EPM capabilities such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, and related tools Provide functional and technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle Develop business rules, calculations, reports, forms, workflows, integrations, and supporting application components Manage workstream scope, timelines, deli
