Role: Managing Director, Performance Reporting Into: Co-founders Who We Are: Clever Digital Marketing is a performance marketing agency working with the largest home improvement companies in North America. Due to our unique positioning in the home improvement market with large-scale companies, we have grown key accounts from our minimum of $20,000 per month in spend to well over $1,000,000 per month, incorporating a large percentage share of our clients' monthly marketing spend. We manage close to $5,000,000 a month in marketing spend across the board and need more talent to make each dollar spent more efficiently. To support our next stage of growth, we are hiring a Managing Director, Performance to ensure seamless execution, client success, and scalable performance across the organization. This executive will play a critical role in shaping the future of Clever Digital Marketing , driving operational excellence, scaling leadership across departments, and ensuring our clients achieve best-in-class performance outcomes. Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, you'll own the full business: revenue, operations, team, and strategy. You'll be the connective tissue between a high-performance delivery team and an ambitious growth agenda — someone who can think at the 30,000-foot level while still rolling up their sleeves when it matters. You will oversee senior leaders across Paid Search, Paid Social, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Client Services, managing a large multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering exceptional performance and client growth.
