About the Role As 52TEN continues to grow, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing execution across the company. This high-impact, strategic, and operational role will drive lead flow, engagement, and occupancy support across our properties while ensuring marketing efforts are aligned, measurable, and continuously improving. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this person will also help implement the corporate marketing plan across the capital and acquisitions arms of the business. Responsibilities include content creation, copywriting, graphic design, campaign execution, vendor management, HubSpot, email marketing, and social media scheduling. The Marketing Manager will serve as the primary marketing contact for Property Managers and oversee the work of a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategy, execution, and leadership—someone who can think big, operate independently, and ensure consistent, high-quality output across all marketing channels.
