Marketing Project Manager (ClickUp)

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Project Manager to join the growing team at Sweat Pants Agency . You'll be the connective tissue between our clients, strategists, media buyers, and creative team, making sure nothing slips: projects run on time, clients are onboarded cleanly, creative gets produced and tracked, and reporting is always live. This is a high-ownership role for someone who spots gaps before they become problems and closes them without being asked. You'll live in ClickUp, and you'll use AI tools aggressively to move faster and lighter than a traditional PM. Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a primary point of coordination between clients, strategists, and internal team members. Own client onboarding end to end: collect and organize account access (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, TikTok), set the account up in ClickUp, and standardize the process so every launch feels the same. Run ClickUp as the single source of truth: build and maintain project templates, recurring tasks, and dashboards, and keep every account's status and owner current. Catch gaps in client communication and delivery before they escalate, and drive follow-ups to closure. Track all creative deliverables from request to delivery, including revisions and approvals, and QA work before it reaches the client. Source, negotiate with, and manage creators across Billo, Backstage, email and other platforms; track orders, usage rights, and costs, and ensure markups land on client invoices. Make sure client reporting and dashboards are set up correctly and stay accurate for every account. Schedule and coordinate recurring client and internal meetings, capture action items, and make sure they get done. Build internal tools, automations, and living SOPs using AI (you'll be given access to Claude Code) so the whole team runs faster and the same way every time
