Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Specialist based in the US who enjoys turning ideas into action. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on execution, collaboration, and keeping multiple initiatives moving simultaneously. You'll work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Product, and members of the Growth team to coordinate marketing activities that support business development, product marketing, thought leadership, and brand awareness. Position Summary The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and coordinating day-to-day marketing initiatives that support company growth. This role serves as the operational hub for marketing, ensuring campaigns, content, events, and cross-functional projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with business priorities. Success in this role comes from being resourceful, organized, and action oriented. You don't need to own the marketing strategy, but you do need to know how to bring it to life through thoughtful execution and strong project coordination. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, partner, and event channels. Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and project plans. Coordinate campaign assets and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Support account based marketing (ABM) initiatives and targeted outreach campaigns. Assist with partner marketing initiatives and joint marketing programs. Content & Communications Draft and coordinate blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, social media content, and website updates. Coordinate executive thought leadership initiatives, including blogs, webinars, speaking opportunities, industry recognition programs, and social content. Assist in developing customer success stories, case studies, sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials. Help ensure all content aligns with Nimble Gravity 's messaging, positioning, and brand standards. Product & Growth
