What You'll Do Social Media & Content Creation Suggest relevant content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, organisational priorities, and upcoming activities. Translate trends and business topics into practical and engaging content opportunities. Write clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate captions. Create, prepare, or source suitable images, graphics, and other visual assets. Adapt content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook . Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms. Ensure all content is accurate, professional, engaging, on-brand, and appropriate for the intended audience. Content Planning & Coordination Manage and maintain an organised social media content calendar. Plan, create, and schedule content at least one week in advance wherever possible. Coordinate content reviews and approvals with relevant stakeholders. Track upcoming campaigns, events, announcements, and key dates. Maintain an organised library of copy, images, videos, templates, and other marketing assets. Proactively identify content gaps and recommend new content or campaign ideas.
