The Markets Lead – Southern Europe / Northern & Western Europe will play a pivotal role in steering refurbed ’s commercial planning through data-driven forecasting and cross-functional collaboration for the respective regional markets cluster. This role connects demand planning, market needs, and marketing investments to ensure marketing spend is aligned with overall market strategy . You will work on demand forecasting processes, develop analytical frameworks to project sales trends, and translate marketing and commercial inputs into actionable plans — ensuring Refurbed’s markets remain agile, sustainable, and growth-focused . You will work closely with performance marketing, category & supply teams, CRM, product, and other commercial teams. WHO YOU ARE 5–7 years of experience in commercial strategy, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or demand planning within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
