We are building an inclusive, human-centered product and are looking for a MarTech Manager to become part of our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships. We’re looking for a highly technical, strategic, and hands-on operator to own and evolve the marketing technology ecosystem that powers growth across performance marketing and lifecycle marketing. This role will lead the strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Feeld ’s MarTech stack, ensuring our systems are scalable, integrated, privacy-conscious, and built to support rapid experimentation and sustainable growth. As our MarTech Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Product, Data, Legal, and external vendors to build the infrastructure and operational processes that enable marketing at scale. From vendor sourcing and onboarding to integrations, data pipelines, attribution, automation, troubleshooting, and roadmap development, you will be the connective tissue that keeps our marketing systems reliable, actionable, and future-ready. What you will do: Own and evolve Feeld ’s marketing technology ecosystem across acquisition, lifecycle, attribution, analytics, and automation platforms Build and maintain scalable integrations, workflows, APIs, and data pipelines that ensure reliable and actionable marketing data Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to enable scalable marketing operations and experimentation Define and manage the MarTech roadmap, including prioritization, backlog management
