The Master Data Officer is responsible for the creation, maintenance, governance, and continuous improvement of master data across the Finance Hub. The role ensures that master data is accurate, complete, consistent, and maintained in accordance with established governance standards to support efficient business operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The incumbent will process master data requests within agreed service levels, perform data quality assurance activities, collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions and support continuous improvement initiatives within either the Requisition-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process stream. Create, update, and maintain master data records accurately and within agreed service levels. Review and validate master data requests to ensure completeness and compliance with established procedures. Monitor and maintain data quality through regular reviews, validations, and data cleansing activities. Prepare reports and analyze master data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
