What you will need to do: Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for factory machinery and equipment. Monitor production line performance and implement improvements to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot mechanical failures, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and continuously improve maintenance practices. Monitor spare parts availability and optimize maintenance costs while maintaining equipment performance. Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements. Prepare maintenance reports, analyze equipment performance, and recommend improvement initiatives. Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing plant productivity and minimizing downtime.
