Medical Receptionist & Administration Assistant Casual

Genea Fertility SA combines more than three decades of experience, expertise and world-leading technology with an outstanding team of local specialists, nurses and scientists. Formed in 2023 as a partnership between Genea Fertility and Fertility SA, the clinic provides South Australian patients with outstanding care and fertility outcomes. We have an opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist and Administrator to join our admin team in a casual role. This position is approximately 12 hours per week, Monday (full day) and Friday (half day), with additional hours covering sick leave and annual leave, and scope to grow in the future. In this position you will support with both patient reception and administration which will mean you have a really interesting range of duties. Your daily tasks will include: Reception - providing phone & face to face patient care Consultation preparation - scanning, preparing patient files, following up referrals and actioning any doctor requests. Accounts - generating invoices, taking payment and daily reconciliations Patient administration - taking bookings, lodging Medicare rebates, updating the patient database and general administration duties. In this role you will be working as part of a small team, so we are really looking for someone who has a broad skill set and happy to work across a range of different duties in a flexible way. This role is ideal for an experienced Medical Receptionist or Administration Assistant, ideally with experience in healthcare, however this is not essential. It is a really varied and dynamic role, so that must be something that appeals to you.
