**For this position you need to based in EU** Healthcare is facing a quiet crisis: doctors and nurses are spending more time fighting with keyboards than treating patients. At Attendi, we’re building a medical AI copilot to give them their time back. Our tools handle the heavy clinical documentation - from live ambient transcription to structured report writing - so doctors can look at their patients, not their screens. With an aging population, the pressure on healthcare is scaling faster than the workforce. We believe intelligent technology should step up and carry the administrative weight, and we need team members who want to build systems that solve real-world human burnout. Your Role As a Software Engineer here, you’ll own the full stack of the clinician's experience. Our application is scaling rapidly, meaning your day-to-day will be a healthy mix of bulletproofing our architecture and creatively experimenting with the user interface. We’re looking for someone who loves the sweet spot between shipping highly reliable code and prototyping new ways to make the product better. You'll collaborate closely with software engineers, UX designers, mobile engineers and product stakeholders. This role bridges design and functionality - helping voice-enable healthcare workflows through intuitive, high-performance interfaces. You will contribute to: The Attendi App: Our core full-stack medical copilot application. The Attendi Studio: The configuration platform for healthcare organizations to customize the app to their workflows. Our Developer Ecosystem: Internal component libraries and open-source projects, including @attendi/speech-service. What you'll do Ship Features for Attendi App & Studio Build and iterate on user-facing capabilities for both our core medical copilot (App) and our enterprise configuration platform (Studio).
