We’re seeking licensed therapists in California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) who are ready to deliver compassionate care virtually. This position supports hiring 100% remote within the U.S. What You’ll Do Provide individual teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone. Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic care. Collaborate with a care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality service. Maintain timely, accurate clinical records in line with regulatory and company standards. Support patients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health conditions using proven therapeutic approaches. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of best-in-class virtual care models. Stay connected with our broader medical and product teams as we innovate new mental health solutions. Required Qualifications Experience providing independent, unsupervised therapy in a clinical setting. Active license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in California with eligibility to treat patients independently.
