We focus on Meta Ads and high-converting funnels for brands that face advertising restrictions.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>Own a portfolio of 10-20 ecommerce client ad accounts end to end. Check spend and performance daily and act on the numbers: scale winners, kill losers, restructure when fatigue creeps in. Build full-funnel campaigns. Run structured creative testing with our creative director and scale what wins. Make the budget calls, including telling a client no when the data isn't there. Lead client reporting calls and strategy reviews. Spot funnel problems beyond the ads (checkout drop-off, tracking issues). Handle ad rejections and policy pauses fast.</p> <p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p> <p>✅ 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience on ecommerce/DTC accounts</p> <p>✅ A track record you can walk us through: stores you ran, what you changed, what happened</p> <p>✅ Know ecommerce numbers cold (ROAS, AOV, CPA, frequency, add-to-cart to purchase)</p> <p>✅ Can explain WHY campaigns perform the way they do, not just read dashboards</p> <p>✅ Confident on client calls: present results, defend strategy, push back with data</p> <p>✅ Excellent English - confident on video calls</p> <p>✅ Comfortable working with CBD/can
