As a Manager, Automation and Controls Engineering , you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of automated machinery, conveyor systems, robotics, and more. You will lead a team and perform both preventive maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with our team of engineers to optimize equipment performance. Additionally, you’ll maintain accurate documentation, update the CMMS system, and support facility management efforts to sustain a high-performing environment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with strong mechanical and electrical skills. You should be proficient in troubleshooting conveyors, robotics, PLCs, and automated systems. Knowledge of preventative maintenance, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and safety procedures are essential. Location: This is an onsite rol
