The Work: We are seeking a Mid-Level Microsoft Power Apps & Power Automate Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will work with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that support mission-critical federal business processes. Key Responsibilities Application Design and Development Design, develop, configure, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps. Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and custom pages based on approved business and technical requirements. Translate wireframes, process diagrams, user stories, and functional requirements into working applications. Apply sound application-design principles, including usability, accessibility, responsive design, modularity, and maintainability. Develop reusable components, templates, formulas, and common application functions. Configure forms, views, business rules, validation logic, and role-based user experiences.
