Who you are: We are seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer to support the design, configuration, and development of applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience developing with ServiceNow, embraces AI-assisted and AI-driven development practices, can work from moderately defined requirements, and delivers reliable, maintainable solutions following platform best practices. This role supports application development, enhancement, troubleshooting, and integration work as part of an agile team. What you do: Design, develop, and configure custom applications, workflows, UI components, and platform features within ServiceNow. Build and modify Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, data policies, Flow Designer flows, and related components. Leverage AI tools and large language models (LLMs) — such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, ChatGPT, and Claude — to accelerate development, improve code quality, generate boilerplate scripts, and troubleshoot platform issues faster. Use AI-assisted development techniques to auto-generate ServiceNow scripts, Flow Designer logic, and integration payloads from plain-language requirements.
