Die MMA ist ein sechsmonatiges, AZAV-zertifiziertes Blended-Learning-Programm und umfasst Themen rund um internationale Rekrutierung, Einstellung, Migration sowie Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB). Der Kurs kombiniert selbstgesteuerte Lerninhalte mit Live-Sessions.
