As a Mortgage Process Administrator, you will be based in a lively sales environment within a team of 4. You will be providing support to the Auction Sales Team and be speaking directly to customers as you gather and collate/ ensure that we have all of the documentation and information required to process the customer's loan application. What you will be doing in more detail: Accurately process applications from receipt of pack to submission to underwriting, completing information on relevant systems and completing relevant fraud prevention checks Provisionally underwrite and package new applications received, providing an initial case assessment and requesting any additional information required to progress to underwriting Complete security checks with applicants where required, with a focus on fraud avoidance, ensuring timely investigation, escalation and reporting, to minimise the risk to the business and the cus
