Program Overview The Vehicle Administration function within Hyundai Motor American (HMA)is responsible for the end-to-end management of the company vehicle lease program, including vehicle ordering, delivery coordination, compliance, and lifecycle management. This role supports the program by ensuring a seamless customer experience, operational efficiency, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Position Summary The Vehicle Admin – Driving Records, Tolls & Citation Processing role supports the Vehicle Administration department by managing driver information and tracking, billing and processing citations and tolls acquired by a nationwide group of drivers and vehicles. This role requires the ability to interact with internal customers in a professional manner, as well as administrative and analytical responsibilities, including compliance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. The position plays a key role in maintaining program accuracy, operational efficiency, and policy adherence across HMA’s lease program. Key Responsibilities · Manage tolls and citations for a nationwide vehicle fleet, ensuring timely review, validation, processing, and resolution of notices. · Research citation and toll activity, identify assigned drivers or departments, and coordinate follow-up to ensure accurate accountability and payment recovery.
