The successful candidate will be contributing to early and operational tech development. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for production and analysis of RNA constructs and carrying out preparative and purification chromatography. Perform in vitro transcription (IVT) and purification (chromatography, tangential flow filtration) experiments. Perform analytical methods including but not limited to capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE), Akta chromatography, HPLC, and ELISA. Process the data and provide data summaries to team members and key s
