We are currently seeking a MuleSoft Solution Architect - Remote Canada Position to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA). We are seeking a highly experienced MuleSoft Solution Architect who can operate independently and bring authoritative technical leadership across integration design, solution governance, review cycles, and delivery quality. This role requires someone who can act as an advocate, challenge assumptions, enforce best practices, and guide project teams toward robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect with deep expertise in MuleSoft, API-led design, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture someone who is comfortable reviewing code, defining standards, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end MuleSoft solution architecture using API-Led Connectivity and enterprise integration patterns. Define integration strategies, architecture blueprints, and canonical data models. Translate complex business requirements into well-architected MuleSoft services and APIs. Establish and enforce architectural governance, best practices, and design guidelines. Create HLDs, LLDs, API specifications (RAML/OAS), and integration flow-design documentation. Technical Leadership & Code Review Perform detailed design and code reviews of MuleSoft implementations performed by developers. Ensure adherence to coding standards, error-handling frameworks, logging, MUnit testing coverage, and performance baselines.
