Multimedia Developer

Overview LMI is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Developer to support a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) enterprise contact center technology training initiative. This is a remote position supporting the development and modernization of training content for VA contact center personnel across multiple learning paths, including Agent, Supervisor, Workforce Engagement Management (WEM), Quality Management, Knowledge Management, and Reporting & Analytics. The Multimedia Developer will work closely with curriculum designers, curriculum writers/editors, instructional designers, technical subject matter experts, and training operations personnel to transform existing recorded training sessions, training aids, job aids, desk-side references, and other source materials into polished, engaging, reusable, and accessible self-paced learning modules and downloadable training resources suitable for deployment through VA's Talent Management System (TMS).
