NASA SEWP Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced NASA SEWP Program Manager to oversee and manage contracts under the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal government contracting, direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts, and the ability to ensure contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and successful program execution. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall execution and administration of NASA SEWP contracts. Serve as the primary point of contact for NASA SEWP Program Office, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP contract requirements, federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and company policies. Coordinate contract deliverables, reporting, modifications, and task order management. Monitor contract performance, schedules, risks, and budgets to ensure successful execution. Support proposal development, contract transitions, and business development efforts related to NASA SEWP opportunities. Collaborate with technical, finance, contracts, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery. Track contract metrics and prepare status reports for leadership and customers. Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance contract performance. Maintain strong relationships with government customers and industry partners. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing Federal Government contracts. Minimum 1 year of direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts. Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or Program management degree. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
